The location is perfect for walking everywhere in town, to catching an uber or riding a bike to Cisco brewery or Madakat for a delicious meal at Millie's or to riding out to the Sconset as well. “7 NorthWater is very comfortable and a perfect location in town. Very stylish, comfortable sitting room/ living room area and the beds are great. The outdoor space is beautiful. The house sleeps a lot of people. The kitchen and living room accomodate a smaller group, but the outdoor space is great for larger group meals and hanging out. The beds are very comfortable, the place is impeccably clean. The owner and realtor are extremely responsive- they really want you to be cared for and will address any issue that might come up.”

“This house, in the true heart of TOWN, had it all. It had of the amenities of home and was comfortable and spacious. The best restaurants and shops were literally around the corner. The back yard/garden was a perfect place to have a glass of wine and relax. Having fresh herbs to use was a really nice touch! Being right in town made our stay on Nantucket better than ever before. Don’t hesitate to rent this house if you want to have your best Nantucket experience.”
